Grace Aza-Selinger is an independent fine artist working in London. She has exhibited extensively. Venues include the Biscuit Factory, Vyner Street and the Royal British Institute. Her paintings hang in private collections throughout the world; including Oman, New York and London.
Grace's work spans a range of different subjects and is primarily intuitive in approach allowing a range of subjects and styles to evolve. The inspiration of her work is primarily based in the natural world - often combining transient moments of sunlight, leaves and flowers. The aim is not only to create visually beautiful images but to allow the viewer to recall their own moments of equilibrium within nature.
The poet Thomas Westerman expresses this in his latest review of Grace's work:
Through the artist's experience of natural beauty spots within citiscapes and raw pastoral settings, the sense of awe these works instil work as a powerful reminder of the infinite colour, diversity and multidimensionality of human experience. Each painting tends to pull you into it's unique world, stilling your mind and filling you with a unique sense of vibrancy and tranquility'.
